Where do you start on this one? If it hasn’t been replaced it’s been updated or reworked. Just about every component on this bike has had some work. See below for a full spec list

Engine: Yamaha RDLC crank cases using standard gearbox gears and output shaft.

Bespoke input shaft made to suit the Yamaha TZ350 dry clutch. CNC billet clutch cover made to suit the RDLC crank case also to allow the use of the TZ350 water pump. TZ750 cylinder Inc TZ pistons and TZ350 crank. CNC billet machined head. Electrex TZ350 ignition non charging system. 34mm Mikuni carbs jetted to suit engine set up.

Full carbon fibre belly pan, side panels and tail unit.

Suspension: R6 front forks

Rear Susdpension: Nitron rear shock

Brakes: Brembo 2qty 4 pot calipers using 320mm floating disc Brembo 1qty 2 pot caliper using 220mm disc Brembo RCS19 front brake master cylinder Brambo RCS16 clutch master cylinder

Tyres: Front 110 Michelin pilot power – Rear 150 Michelin pilot power

Wheels: CNC billet centers and hubs with bolt on split rims using aluminum and stainless fixing bolts Anodised centers and hubs with polished rims

Exhaust Pipes: Mild steel expansion chambers with the choice of the 80’s style alloy race silencer or the new look carbon fibre silencer.

Paint Work: This can be the customer’s choice, Red/White Blue/White or Gold/White

RDTZ500 Ongoing build

What can you say about the RDTZ500 that hasn’t already been said. This monster of a bike is still under construction but know that it’s going to be epic when finished.

Engine: 1987 JPX Grand Prix sidecar crank case with a CNC machined top crank case to suit the HH TZ250 cylinders With #1 and #4 180deg reversed using TZ500 crank/ gear box also TZ500 ignition. CNC billet heads with separate head inserts. TZ500 clutch with a CNC machined clutch cover. TZ500 water pumps with a CNC machines pump cover. 4 Mikuni 34mm carbs jetted to suit the engine set up.

Full carbon fiber belly pan also seat unit.

The RDTZ350 Gold is a complete one off, you’ll never see another with this suspension design as it’s completely bespoke, that’s not the only bespoke mod though, See below for details

This latest RDTZ350 is a work in progress, commissioned by our client. We can’t wait to start moving forward with this build, we have some new and exciting ideas to showcase
